California Bearing Ratio Test We are supplying a qualitative range of California bearing ratio test in different types which are known for their user-friendly design, dimensional accuracy and quality features. We are offering three types of testing instruments:California bearing ratio test (field type): Our this instrument is useful in determining the load carrying capacity in the field when in-place density and water contents are such that the degree of saturation is 80 % or greater- California bearing ratio test (hand operated): Our equipment consists of advanced load frame having capacity 5000kg. with high and low rates of travel of the load screw.
- California bearing ratio apparatus (motorized): This apparatus is bench mounting type having 5000kgf capacity load frame motorized, in place of load frame hand operated.
- California bearing ratio test (motorized): Our motorized instrument has high sensitivity proving ring 3000kg capacity with calibration chart and carrying case.
- California bearing ratio test (field type): Our apparatus is useful in determining the load carrying capacity in the field when density and water contents are such that the degree of saturation is 80% or greater when material is cohesion less and coarse grained.

Liquid Limit Device Our liquid limit device consists of a brass cup held on an adjustable bracket and the cup can be adjusted for a fall of 1cm. The device is raised and dropped on a rubber base of standard hardness by cam action. We are offering twp types of liquid limit device such as:- Liquid Limit Device(with counter): Our liquid limit fitted device is fitted with a counter in order to register the number of blows.
- Liquid Limit Device (motorized): Our motorized liquid limit device is fitted with a motor geared down to give approximately 120 r.p.m. This device is suitable for operation on 230 Volts, single phase, 50 cycles, A.C. supply.

Rapid Moisture Meter We are offering a range of rapid moisture meters which are offered at industry leading prices. These are superior in quality, performance and durable service. Our company offers three kinds of rapid moisture meter:- Rapid moisture meter 0.25%: Our unit consists of a pressure vessel with clamp for sealing cap, rubber sealing gasket, pressure gauge is calibrated in percentage moisture
- Rapid moisture meter 0.50% : The pressure gauge calibrated 0-50% x 1 % and is offered with spares namely Carbide reagent, in bottles of 400 gms each.

Core Cutter Our core cutter is used for determining of in situ dry density of natural or compacted fine grained soil, free from aggregates. These are cylindrical cutter used to extract a sample of the soil through a dolley and rammer. The weight, density and the moisture and dry density of the soil is readily calculated.

Test Sieves Test Sieves are used for sieving of aggregate, sand soil and cement etc. These sieves are manufactured as per various standards like ISS, BSS, ASTM, DIN etc. Sieves are made of Brass frame and G.I. frame of dia. 200mm, 300mm & 450mm. Normally Brass Sieves are manufactured in 200 cm dia and frame is spun brass, joint less. The Sieve cloth used is standard SS or phosphor bronze wire mesh.Lid and Receiver

Permeability Apparatus In soil machines Permeability is one of the important engineering properties, as it governs rate of settlement of saturated compressible soil layer and rate of flow of aquifer. Permeability is that property of soil which permits flow of water through its interconnecting voids. The instrument to measure permeability is called permeameter. The results are used for pumping ground water, for functioning sites excavations, design of dams etc. Tests can be performed on remoulded or undisturbed samples using constant head or falling head method. |
