Compression Testing Instruments We understand the fact that the strength of concrete is a very important aspect during construction, so we are offering compression testing instruments. Strength of any concrete is attained by crushing the specimen through cubes or cylinders. Assisted by engineers, we design concrete for a particular compressive strength and the specimen is tested by applying load in a compression testing instrument. These are used for carrying frequently the specimens for testing in a standard laboratory where it is inconvenient and uneconomical.
Equipped with special attachments, our machines are also used for bricks. Our compression testing machine consists of Load Frame with suitable platens and a Pumping Unit with Pressure gauge, either had operated or electrically cum hand operated. Our machine's load frame and pumping unit are connected by pressure pipes.

Laboratory Cement Autoclave We are offering laboratory cement autoclave with stainless steel chamber (21 KG/CM.SQ. Pressure) which are suitable for conducting accelerated soundness tests on cements or the autoclave expansion test. These tests require constant steam pressure with the correspondent constant pressure and the equipment consists of a stainless steel cylinder with a welded heat insulated wire. Following are some of the essential features of our product:- Mounted on a sturdy supporting frame, this is instrument is enclosed in a heat insulated metal housing which aesthetically finished.
- The attached control unit encloses a sensitive pressure regulator and pressure gauge, power switches and pilot lights for controlling the electric heating units.
- Inside Chamber Dimensions - 10.5cm diameter x 40.5cm height suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase, A.C. supply.
- Supplied complete with Test bar holder, special rack to hold specimens above water level in the autoclave and in a vertical position to expose them in the same manner.

Laboratory Concrete Mixer We are a premium manufacturer of laboratory concrete mixers which are supplied to client’s doorsteps within the stipulated time frame. Designed and developed as per client's requirement, our products are offered in two types:
Laboratory Concrete Mixer (Motorised)
Our concrete mixer laboratory type is electrically operated are is designed to remove the burden- some work of hand mixing. We assure that these thoroughly uniform mixed batches are produced by us. In this, the counter balanced drum is easy to tilt 1.1/2 to 2cu.ft.mix and the total drum volume is however 3cu.ft. It is mounted on a sturdy rubber tyre stand and the drum is mounted for end discharge and equipped with end towing pole. Further on, it is equipped with ½ h.p. electric motor and is suitable for operation on 220/230 volts A.C. single phase.
Laboratory concrete mixer (Hand Operated
Our concrete mixer is hand operated and is best suitable to mix 1 cuf to 1.1/2 cft material and further on it is mounted on two rubber tyred / stand. |

Laboratory Jaw Crusher Our laboratory Jaw Crushers are designed and developed for fast crushing of materials like aggregates, ores, minerals, coal, coke, chemicals and other materials of same kind. These are compact and are of rugged construction for operation of general laboratory or small pilot plant.
Along with the crusher, two jaws of manganese steel are provided. These moveable jaws produce two blows for every revolution, thereby reducing over sizing to minimum. The equipment has a combination of forward and downward strokes with a rocking action exerts pressure on the coarser material, still permits the finished material to pass through the jaws. |

cube/cylindrical/beam moulds Our company offers a range of moulds in different sizes which are made according to Indian and British standards. These are superior in quality and performance which easily meets all the industrial requirement of the client. Our moulds are offered in three types:- Cube moulds: In order to get metric size cube moulds, the faces are machined flat to 0.02mm accuracy and finished to within 0.02mm.
- Cylindrical moulds: These cylindrical moulds are used for testing concrete cylinders for compressive strength tests
- Ring moulds: Our ring moulds consists of mould 10cm. dia x 0.5cm. deep and a glass base plate.

Slump Test Apparatus Our slump test apparatus are used for determining the consistency of freshly mixed concrete, where the maximum size of the aggregate does not exceed 38mm. Our apparatus consists of one slump cone with handles and foot pieces. Following are some of the essential features regarding design construct of the equipment:- The slump cone has internal dimensions 20cm. dia at base 10cm top dia. and 30cm height
- Foot pieces can be fixed to the clamps on the base plate
- The base plate has lifting handle for easy transportation
- One graduated steel rod 16mm dia x 600mm long, rounded at one end and graduated in mms, is also supplied.

Vibrating Machine The vibrating machines which we offer are also called mould vibrator or mortar cube vibrators. Our vibration machines are used for the preparation of mortar cubes for the determination of compression strength of ordinary and rapid hardening:- Portland cement
- Low heat Portland cement
- Portland blast furnace cement
- High alumina cements
Salient Features- The machine consists of a vibrating frame assembly and an electric motor mounted on a sturdy base.
- The complete frame assembly consists of a vice to hold a 7.06 cm cube mould and two studs threaded at top and a hopper to feed the sample in the mould.
- This assembly is supported on four springs and has an in built rotating shaft which rotates eccentrically and thus imparts vibrations to the entire frame.
- A balance weight is an integral bottom part of the frame.
- The centre of gravity of the assembly is brought to the centre of the eccentric shaft or within a distance of 25mm mould.
- The frequency of vibration is 12000 400 vibration per minute.
- Supplied complete with on 7.06cm cube mould with loose base plate, a time switch 0-5mins x 1min and certificate of vibration from a standard laboratory.

Vicat Needle Apparatus Our vicat needle apparatus is used for determining the normal consistency and setting times of cement and 'A' Class limes. Our apparatus consists of a metallic frame bearing a freely movable rod with:- Cap at top
- Vicat mould
- Split type and glass base plate
- Set of needles one each initial needle and final needle
- Consistency plunger.
Apart from this we also offer vicat needle apparatus with dashpot which is fitted with a dash pos which facilitates gentle lovering of needles. These are offered with accessories like mild steel base plate which is 5 inches x 5 inches. In addition to this, we offer fulcrum mould, brass, 70mm 1.0 base dia x 60mm i.d. top dia, 40mm height. |

Laboratory Pulveriser Our laboratory pulverizer is a disc type grinder which is designed to grind virtually any material to produce a fine mesh sample in one operation. Our instrument is extremely useful for assaying, quarrying, aggregate processing, mining and others. Also, these are used in chemical, geological and industrial laboratories. A self contained grinder, these are equipped with a rotary disc having a planetary movement in a vertical plane. This feature of planetary movement gives added life to the moving parts and produces a sample of uniform fineness. Our pulverizer has a capacity of reducing about half of a kg. of a quartz type sample to 100 mesh in about a minute.
Our pulverizer is supplied complete with a 3 H.P. motor, a starter, a "V" belt pulley drive and mounting. Wired for 400 v, 3 Ph, 50 Hz., our instruments has following specifications:- Disc Diameter: 175mm.
- Maximum Feed Size: 6mm.
- Yield: 250 gms./min.
- Size of Finished Product: 100 mesh.
